01 Your schedule
Availability, done right
The weekly grid, desired hours, earliest start date. Filled in the same way on every form, so no manager reads you as “open anytime” by accident.
Hourly work, near you
Cafés, stores, kitchens, warehouses, front desks. Apply Magic finds the hourly jobs near you and fills out every application from your phone — your availability, your work history, the same forty questions. Answered once.
Private beta. Made for your phone. No laptop required.
How it works
The grind is not a personality trait. It’s a form. We take the form.
Where you’ve worked, the hours you can actually work, how far you’ll travel. Bring a resume if you have one.
Hourly jobs from real employers, sorted by distance, pay and shift. Listings that have closed are cleared out, so you are not applying to ghosts.
We fill in the employer’s own application — availability, work history, every yes and no. You look it over before it goes.
The product
01 Your schedule
The weekly grid, desired hours, earliest start date. Filled in the same way on every form, so no manager reads you as “open anytime” by accident.
02 Speed
Every store, café and warehouse asks the same forty questions. Answer them once, then apply in the time it takes to finish a coffee.
03 Honest
Close by, still open, and hiring for your kind of work. No listings in another country, and no roles that filled last month.
The difference
Generic AI
“I am a passionate, results-driven professional excited to leverage my synergy and add value to your innovative team.”
Apply Magic
“I closed at Sunrise Diner for two years: the last ticket, the deep clean, the count. Harbor & Vine is ten minutes from me and needs weekend nights.”
Early access
We’re opening Apply Magic city by city. Leave an email and you’ll hear from us when yours opens — not from a drip sequence.
Questions
No. You choose the jobs, we fill in the forms, and you see every application before it is sent. Nothing goes out in your name that you didn’t tap.
Hourly work at US employers: retail and grocery, restaurants and coffee, warehouses and distribution, hotels, and healthcare support like CNAs. We’re adding cities as we go.
Most of an hourly application is checkboxes. The few written answers — why this job, tell us about yourself — come from your own words in your setup. If it reads like a model wrote it, we failed.
Your work history, the hours you can work, and how far you’ll travel. A resume if you have one. About ten minutes, once.
Private beta first. The waitlist is real. We’re not taking money on a page that can’t ship yet.
